Scandinavian roots

The first Joe & The Juice store opened in Rue Verté on Ny Østergade in central Copenhagen in 2002. It was simple and fuss-free, but it set the bar high when it came to friendly, hip hangouts. Here, people could chill out and relax with friends while enjoying a freshly prepared smoothie (Joe & The Juice were ahead of the curve on that one, too!).

The business now has outlets in countries around the globe, and its friendly approach, where you are immediately made to feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door, has ensured Joe & The Juice customers keep coming back again and again.

What’s on the menu?

Unsurprisingly, for a company called Joe & The Juice, fruit juice smoothies and shakes are the main attraction. You can kick-start your day (or give yourself a boost if you're flagging a little mid-shop) with one of their amazing protein shakes. If you really want a lift, go for their Big Matcha Energy shake. Or treat yourself to a Chocolate Flex or a Beets & Berries for a healthy portion of fruit and veg.
Their summer specials are always a big hit—cool, refreshing, and utterly delicious. There is nothing quite like one of their Iced Espresso Tonics, made with espresso, tonic water, and red grapefruit, for a tangy treat. If you love blueberries, try a heavenly Iced Blueberry Matcha. Or go for something a little more unusual with a fragrant Iced Lavender Matcha.

In addition to beverages, Joe & The Juice serves breakfast bowls to start your day, delicious salad bowls for a light lunch, and indulgent sandwiches for an afternoon snack. We love the JOEs Club, a mouthwatering mix of avocado, chicken, tomato, and vegan pesto.
With an amazing selection of sweet treats (their chocolate brownies are legendary!) and freshly brewed coffee and tea, there’s everything you could want at Joe & The Juice.
